8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
By clicking the payment button, the Customer expressly acknowledges:
(a) that delivery of the licence key begins immediately upon payment confirmation;
(b) that they have been informed of this and therefore waive their 14-day right of withdrawal.
This waiver is valid under Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, provided the Customer was clearly informed before purchase — which is ensured by the link to these Terms displayed on the payment page.
By way of exception, if the licence key has not yet been activated and the Customer was not informed of this waiver prior to purchase, they may contact support at contact@belotescore.com to have their situation reviewed.
9. Refund Policy

The amount is returned to the Customer's original payment method, within the timeframes determined by Lemon Squeezy and the Customer's bank. The Seller has no control over these banking processing times.
10. Legal Warranties

- Calculation errors resulting from incorrect user input;
- Loss of data stored locally on the user's device;

In any event, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the licence, being €2.99.
12. Intellectual Property
Purchase of a BeloteScore Lifetime Licence grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for strictly private purposes.
